Inspired by Picasso’s Portrait of Dora Maar, Poole, Dorset, England, auto mechanic Andy Saunders spent six months transforming an old Citroen 2CV car into a work of cubist art. Publicly unveiled at 2007’s Goodwood Festival of Speed, the Citroen blurs the line between art and traditional car design. The cubist car can still reach up to 65 miles-per-hour and with its misplaced headlights is legal to drive, but only during the day when signals can be made using hand indicators.
