Paul Smith lived with cerebral palsy which made it incredibly difficult for him to eat, clothe or bathe himself and kept him from attending school due to loss of fine motor control in his face and hands. But at the age of 15 Smith began creating typewriter art and spent the rest of his life refining his techniques.
