    • Look, I love Current TV, and like most people, I love porn, but this Vanguard video Porn 2.0, is a joke. This is not journalism, this is a Sunday-morning sob-story trying to characterize the "oh-so-troubled" online professional porn industry... a shallow editorial gathering opinion from just one side of the story, and even then, a very narrow vision of that side. OK, so we have a look at the difficulties the online professional porn companies are facing, but what about the big picture? Should companies that make millions of dollars selling video of people having sex to an unknown public be considered a legitimate business? Or at the very least, deserve sympathy from the public? Maybe, but in Porn 2.0 these questions aren't even asked. Even if we buy in for a second that online pornography is a legitimate and creative enterprise, why don't we hear from the other side? What do the amateur gurus think about the so-called "professionals". For a better exploration of the same topic, I suggest watching Paul Anderson's "Boogie Nights." There at least you get a vivid 3D picture of the industry and its various points of view. But even Boogie Nights demonstrates that the people involved in this industry, at the end of the day, realize they are leading nothing more than shallow, hollow, exploitative lives.

    • It's already up on Hulu, very well done. It's really interesting to see how the ever evolving tech side of life is influencing their business decisions.
