    • I like to complain about the insurance industry and consumerism, but you're right, things could be a lot worse. While I don't like some of the things that are said in main stream media, at least we are given the opportunity (many times) to form our own opinions. If we chose to allow ourselves to be herded like sheep toward one way of thinking or another, it is our own fault. We do often have the opportunity to do some cursory investigation ourselves. The freedoms we have are not something to be taken lightly as can be seen when countries like Iran and Venezuela have leaders that shut information outlets because of a dissenting opinion.
