Where am I supposed to go when I get burnt on an illegal firework? Seriously, some states don't even have one. I feel like we're cutting back on the things that are important, like music and arts programs in schools and funding things that are really more of a luxury than a necessity.

Of course one could argue that music and arts programs are a luxury, but I think they are a necessity in enriching the lives of children.
