Duke players seek $30 million from city

The three men who were exonerated in the infamous Duke lacrosse case are seeking $30 million in a settlement from the city of Durham as well as legal reforms in North Carolina as a result of their wrongful prosecution.

    • From two months ago..."Durham County District Attorney Mike Nifong says he will resign as the county's chief prosecutor. The announcement comes more than a year after he obtained rape indictments against three Duke University lacrosse players who were later declared innocent by state prosecutors."
