FP magazine has an interview with one of the many experts calling for caution around the new Biden plan to carve up Iraq. Guess what...it's complicated.

    • As you will soon see in my pod on Split/Cyprus, dividing a country is never a good thing, it creates blight, anonymity, and economic hardship. It is a political bandage that serves the short term interests of politicians during their short terms. The long range problems are large and complicated.

      Despite this, Biden is the best candidate as far as foreign policy is concerned.
