Should there be a limit of children you can produce?

Alright. Step aside K- FedI think this may be the most fertile man in the world. I always thought that wanting to have five children was a lot of kids...but this guy takes the cake 67 children!!!! Now if you can afford it, I think having a lot of children is such a beautiful thing...to me children are a blessing. But if you cannot afford them, wouldn't you try to be a little careful?

Some countries have nationally imposed policies regulating the amount of children one family can have (like in China, it's one). Here's an article advising a two-child limit in the UK. Do you think they're reasons are valid? Should the government regulate the number of children we can have?
