1. the establishment of a new border based on pre-1967 line
2. Israel must offer the West Bank to Palestine and "land from its own side in compensation."

Ok, first...Bush lending clout to anything is pretty laughable. But the fact that he's "lending clout" to peace talks? Peace? Really? He's not big on peace, last I checked.
