The three British residents that have been held by the US at the infamous Guantanamo Bay camp, are back on home soil for the first time in over four-and-a-half years and have been detained by British authorities.

The UK Government has said that their return to Britain didn't "imply a commitment on their part that they can remain permanently in the UK and that their immigration status will be reviewed immediately following their return."

The detainees have been arrested under the Terrorism Act after they arrived at Luton Airport and are being questioned at Paddington Green.
