    • yes. but most people loose those and grow new ones....
      When they mature...

Furthermore, what does breast feeding have to do with the gutter?

It was a light hearted comment, no name calling is neccessary. Friend

      Orionray,

Oh get your mind out of the gutter. Yes, I was born with teeth like everyone too. Your teeth are already in your gums, moron.

    • Neghie,
Okay, gatorade will give you cavities, and beer will give you a beer gut. I've never heard of people getting wasted, or losing their family over gatorade, but hey fluids are fluids right? If you want to guzzle down a beer after a workout fine. I can always get some new teeth. Thanks.

      Yikes ! Neghie,
You would rather leave yourself open to oral acidic erosion when as humans we already possess the innate ability to culture this in us. Why start the process of digestion in your mouth by chemically eroding your teeth huh?
Mmmhh, this really does give meaning to different strokes for different folks. I would rather adhere to trying to achieve ingesting only those items of nutrition that are proven to have under gone the minutest tinkering/tampering by any boffin in white overall.

No problem, yank your teeth out by any means necessary I for 1 would preserve what I was given @ birth and try to achieve taking it with me when I do bid farewell to this rock called EARTH.

    • Not really a rigorous study as the N=25. BUT, I like it anyway, and until they disprove his now tested hypothesis, I'm in. Let's go to the pub!

    • severe burn victims are given beer - not water or gatorade - beer reduces core body temp. faster than both - however , you have to settle for lager . ( just another FYI reason why beer is the elixir of the gods )

    • Notice the last line: sports drinks were the best hydrator.

Beer was related to only "slightly better" rehydration effects if the participants drank WATER after the beer.

Come on, not everyone drinks 2 1/2 beers and says, "man I really need to wash that down with some water so I can rehydrate".

Anyone who trains for athletics or just passion, should be aware of the affects of electrolytes (ie, salts) on hydration.

    • Hey, Neghie
GATORADE...! Don't make me laugh. So it shows you are one of those live by the stimulant most probably but hope can avoid dying by it. It does the same thing as red bull which as the ad says "gives you wings".
Haven't you heard that it erodes teeth @ an alarming rate worst than almighty coca-cola? I presume if that's how you feel about beer that has been around for yonks as suppose to a resent synthesis of some whiz alchemical entrepreneur out for a quick buck so be it.
