I don't know if the erosion of a sand castle is really apt... they should have draped it with fishing line or something, I guess.

Forty years ago we went to my aunt's beach house along the Potomac River. That summer the beach was littered from water to road with dead fish from some local polution kill of some sort (I can't remember what). Then the dogs and cats would eat the fish and die too. That was a sight to see.
