    • These stories are some examples of how certain people refuse to embrace the precepts and principles of peace and unity among the peoples of the world and instead cling to the narrow minded views propagated by their egoist leaders. It sounds like the communists are afraid of the freedom fighters garnishing popular support for their (the Tibetan's) struggle to attain civil rights for their countrymen and the people of China all together.

In regard to the suggested boycott against the Olympics in China, due to the inhumane treatment by the government of China toward the Tibetans and the Chinese people in general, I question whether it would be fair to the very large population of that nation to punish them for the inhumane practices wrought by the cruelty their communist government, which they have very little control over. The power over and the policies for the many, as usual, is in the hands of the few, dictated to control and manipulate the masses to stifle their desire and to subdue their will...for basic human rights and civil liberties.

It is an honorable and courageous effort for the Tibetans to ride, to show their true colors, their true peaceful nature...may the Buddha ride with them into the brilliant future...and may the people of the world come to know that the message of and the precepts for peace are the same for all of the people of this planet from all of the prophets that have come before us...Amen...Amen
