Helicopter crashes in city, killing four

Four people are believed to have been killed when a helicopter crashed today near the downtown core of Cranbrook in the East Kootenays.

    • It sounds like something from a movie:

      "As he neared the intersection of 10th Street and 14th Avenue, Pierre's attention turned to a man walking across the street.
      "I thought to myself, 'Now there is a happy-looking guy,'" recalled Pierre. "It was his face. It was his gait. He just looked happy - and then wham!
