Of all the harrowing images from the China earthquake, perhaps none are as sad as those of schools that collapsed, killing many students in the process.

This article asks an interesting question, and it certainly is a point worthy of discussion.

Do contractors cut corners in the building of schools or are China's building codes not up to par? This article looks at both questions.
