KTVU's Dennis Richmond signs off after 40 years

I remember the first time I saw The Life and Times of Harvey Milk and recognized Dennis as the on-scene reporter...it was a realization of the type of depth someone must put into a career in order to get somewhere, and up to that point Dennis was only a person behind the desk on the news.

Tonight he signs off for the final time.

Thats the only reason I turned the TV on (and Seinfeld after...)

He even called in for the 740AM radio KCBS morning news. It was cool.
