Mobile Phones Being Sent to Cuba

President Bush has currently stated that Americans will soon be able to send mobile phones to the embargoed Island soon. This comes around the same time as the allowance of other appliances that Cubans are now allowed to buy under the rule of Raul Castro. Cubans will also soon be able to buy more appliances in the next coming years, right now they are allowed to buy: DVD players,Computers, and mobile phone.
