RRH,
Sen. Obama, or any Democrat for that matter, stands a far better chance of getting elected with a smattering of low income, lesser educated red necks than does any Dem. - including Hillary with less than 5% of black support. The simple truth is she cannot win. She can't win the nomination and she certainly can't win the general. She has lost black support and truth be known, her so-called base is only looking at her as the lesser of two evils at the moment. If the next choice is between a woman and a man rather than a white or a black those same staunch supporter wouldn't spit on her if she was on fire.

I stand by my comments. I think the reason Ferraro is angry is because she was accused of being racist. I am sick and tired of that word being thrown around. What about the sexist comments I have read from a black "woman" and insecure men who are intimidated by a strong powerful woman. Hillary Clinton. Say what you will about Senator Clinton, but she has a core supporting group of dependable voters Obama cannot make in-roads with. How is a general election won without the blue collar voters. They all go for Hillary time and again. Obama and his Rev. Wright albatros is going to destroy his chances.

Yeah, Geraldine has clearly lost it. She's trying to insight a race war just to make a baseless point. There are way too many other reason to not like Hillary other then her being female. In fact that may be the one redeeming quality.

RRH....I actually have no idea where you're going with this for two reasons...the first is this: in America, almost every minority group has a month (Asian Pacific Heritage=May, Hispanic=Sept 15-Oct 15, American Indian Heritage=November and Black History= February...) and if you can't seem to fit into any of those categories... well then Womens history month is in March...so yes black history month to some is the most well known, but is that racist????? not at all, go to a Museum or read a book and educate yourself and secondly since when and where in America has a black man had it easier than a white woman????? was it when black men like 14 year old Emmett Till were getting murdered for talking to a white woman....i don't think so. I'm so sick and tired of people using crutches, Obama is winning and Hillary is not because of his merit, not because he's black. I don't think 75,000 people in Oregon would come out just to support some random black guy....lets get real.

Aimless rambling, trying her best to say lots of things to attempt to make an issue.
I think Ferraro is just happy people are putting her on TV for the first time since 1984. She is using the Coulter method of getting in the press by making a lot of noise and crazy comments.
Any surprise she's on Fox News? Since she said she used to work for CNN, is she interviewing to be a Fox contributor?
Middle class and upper middle class white feminists are for Clinton, but a majority of younger women are for Obama. How does she rationalize that? If her thought is anything like the women's studies at my undergrad university; they don't care much about what poor women and women of color have to go through.
Talk about bitter...

This woman has an axe to grind because she has been unjustly accused of being a racist. This cannot be hidden. This is about race and gender and unfortunately there are two historical candidates running at the same time. I think Geraldine Ferraro has been attacked unnecessarily and I am of her choice not to vote. I cannot support a man again. It is high time the race card was thrown out and replaced by the human race. We have segregated ourselves once again. There is black history month. Should we have a white history month? NO! See where I'm going?
