my letter to Hillary Clinton

I'm sure your far too busy of a woman right now to read this but if you do I just want you to know a few things.
I'm in Michigan and when it came time to vote in our primary i was informed by you, Barack and the DMC that delegates weren't being seated. It wasn't a concern of yours at the time because as far as most people knew, you had this nomination sewed up.
I wasn't given a fair shot to vote and please don't insult my intelligence by saying Barack Obama fought against a recount.
Most of us are smart enough to know about the rules, how they were broken and how you and Obama had nothing to say against it at the time. Now I see you yesterday in Florida comparing this situation to the 2000 election when the nomination was stolen. When you talk about Florida and Michigan being screwed over its obvious that your only speaking of the ones that voted for you. What do you have to say about the Obama supporters that didnt even get a chance at a fair primary? If delegates are seated how is that fair to them? If the citizens of Michigan thought that the rules would possibly change or that delegates were going to be thrown in at the last minute do you honestly think things would be the same?

Im an Obama supporter and I will still vote for you if you get the nomination. Unlike 41% of your Kentucky supporters that say they will vote for McCain if Obama is the nominee.
Now do you just want to sit back and claim that as your base or will you denounce the obvious disastrous thinking of Kentucky and WV voters? Please show the rest of the left that your not trying to get McCain in the white house if you lose the nomination. If Barack loses in November you can run again in 2012 as opposed to 2016. Its what a lot of people are thinking and besides that Its what Ive heard directly from the mouth of some of your supporters. I had one lady tell me she would actually take four years of McCain if it meant you get to run again in 2012. Am I missing something here or am I right to think that McCain in the white house would destroy this country beyond repair.
Im not asking you to drop out of the race because im sure Obama supporters wouldn't want that if he was in your shoes. All im asking is that you do whatever you can to ensure that Obama can beat McCain in the fall. If you turn uninformed voters in Florida and Michigan against him the democratic party will never rebound from it.

    • RRH,

please show me some proof that Obama "fought to keep them from a re vote" as you say
Is that just something Hillary told you?
Or did Obama just do the same thing she did at the time of the primaries? Which was abide by the rules!
Why did Clinton fail to mention Florida or Michigan until she was behind?
like I said in the article above
if i was told on the day of the primary and weeks following up to it that delegates were not being seated in my state then how was it fair? 40 percent of those votes cast in MI were uncommitted which was simply people showing up to vote against Clinton. Also do you realize she doesnt even want to give him one sigle delegate in MI? I know that this is all just a big conspirency to demonize the saint that is Hillary Clinton so go ahead and sit at home on election day and play your part in John McCain becoming our next president. Oh and dont think Hillary has a chance in 2012 because if Barack loses in November the blame will rest on her shoulders. What does that say about Hillary if people would go from her to McCain? He supported George W. more than any other member in the senate. He will keep the war machine going for as long as possible. He will win again in 2012 against a ruined Democratic party. So, after 8 years of him pumping us deep in the behind I hope you can look back and say "hey, at least it wasnt that Obama guy"
I wont hold my breath for an answer based in reality but maybe somebody can surprise me

    • This is a pathetic attempt to further demonize a woman who has spent her life helping the under served. I think she deserves more respect. I am always saddened by anti Hillary people because they fail at every turn to see her credentials are far superior then those of ANY candidate.
Mi and FL are important to our democracy. Everyone should have a voice and if Obama hadn't fought to keep them from a re vote, this would have been over with a much different outcome. Obama doesn't get to disenfranchise any voter. This is not about Obama, it's about the right of all Americans to have their voices heard.
