A major 8.0 - Magnutiude Earthquake hit Peru one year ago. The event was a major disaster in modern Peruvian history. 337 people died and 1350 were injured. Mobile phone service was disrupted by the quake.

These videos reveal large flashes in the sky, which occured before and during the earthquake.

HAARP is a US military program which opperates by transmitting energy into the ionosphere, charging naturally occuring electromagnetic currents, which in turn can be used to focus energy into a specific region of the atmosphere, heating it, and creating a "plasma sheild,"

This can be used for national protection, or it can be used to disrupt enemy communications, create localized weather changes, or even penetrate energy into the earth's crust, causing localized earthquakes.

When HAARP is in use, the sky is lit up with bright lights and flashes. In daytime it can look like rainbow clouds or can even resemble the Auroral Borealis.


HAARP stands for High-frequency Active Auroral Research Program.

    • Supercharging the ion field will completely end life as we know it. It must not be allowed to continue. Were do you think global warming came from. Makes sense now. Did you know that everything that Al Gore was crying about in his video about Saving the Planet. Someone should send him this.

      A non-classified project ran by the US Army and Navy? I suggest that when your government won't give you all the facts about something, you start from the worst case scenario and research your way to reality. To look at the known facts about HAARP and expect there to be a perfectly safe explanation for the secrecy surrounding it, is naive to say the least.

      Read your history. Research the central banking system and how it works. What countries don't use the central banking system? You might be surprised.

      Ask yourself: Which corporations have the largest share of the energy, agriculture, media, and pharmaceutical sectors? Who is on the board of directors, and what organizations do they belong to? Take the time...your perception of reality depends on it.

      Ignorance is only bliss until it is too late.

      Yes, I've been to Florida a few times but I've also lived in Texas & Louisiana too:)

      I've been interested in Astronomy & Meteorology all my life.

      Many of these phenomena are commonplace some like Aurora, tend to be rare events if you live in the deep south but if even if you do live in the deep south once every x amount of years...maybe 11 or so, you may have the chance to see The Aurora:)

      By shooting intense "radio beams" into the night sky, researchers created a modest neon light show visible from the ground. The process is not well understood, but scientists speculate it could one day be employed to light a city or generate celestial advertisements.

      Researchers with the High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) project in Alaska tickled the upper atmosphere to the extent that it glowed with green speckles.

      "The radio waves travel up to the ionosphere, where they excite the electrons in the plasma," Pederson told LiveScience. "These electrons then collide with atmospheric gasses, which then give off light, as in a neon tube."

    • This video helps to explain what HAARP is and what it does.

      The aforementioned 8.0 earthquake happened less than one year ago. The reason it is relevant is because there have been 4 earthquakes THIS WEEK in PERU.

      It's the same week US troops marched in
      It's the same week Oil was revealed to have been discovered

      I believe there will be more and more earthquakes

      I'm not the one claiming HAARP did it, the Peruvians are claiming this.

      Many Peruvians believed HAARP caused these earthquakes - and the evidence supports their claim.

    • Look Jubal I’m not trying to be an ass. All I’m saying is that you cannot attribute earthquake lights to HAARP. There have been enough observations of this phenomenon before HAARP was ever constructed. Therefore to conclude that HAARP was responsible for this earthquake based on something that was recognized by the Greeks does nothing to validate your assertion!

      If someone really believes this theory they should go Alaska and set up 24/7 surveillance on the HAARP site. If they really are causing earthquakes then it wouldn’t be all that hard to prove it because all you would have to do is show that HAARP was active during said event.

      This map shows all of the earthquake activity in Alaska this week. The main HAARP facilities are in Alaska. RED is within the past hour, Orange is within the past day, Yellow is within the past week.

      Celestial your map doesn’t prove anything. At best its circumstantial evidence, but as we all know (or should at least know) circumstantial evidence is hardly enough to prove a crime. Here you go Jubal

      There is my source. Since you have a problem doing a simple google search I’ll make a point to list all of my sources from now on. (See now that’s me being an ass.)

      So I’ll say it again Celestial; unless you can actually offer something of substance that can tie these earthquakes to HAARP then I’m sorry I’m not going to bite. You guys do know what you are talking about right? ULF’s either bouncing off the ionoshepere or directly manipulating it to cause earthquakes? That to me sounds like backward science.

      Scientists speculate that EQL’s are a result of ULF’s and massive amounts of generated electric energy DUE to earthquakes and not the ionosphere. If it’s the opposite way around then why haven’t any of you proved this affect by citing seismic recordings from the north pole? If the aurora borealis occurs generally within the same months year after year then shouldn’t there be a direct connection to earthquakes in the north pole?

      they have haarp all over the world not just alaska, offcourse there isn't much evidence yet, do you think the gov. will put that out there. there is no doubt haarp exist but what is its purpose. the gov says its for communications. so i guess its up to you if you want to believe the gov. its not like they have lied to us before

    • The same thing happened at the China Earthquake a few weeks ago. They saw flashes of light in the sky just before and during the earthquake.

      HAARP has got to be causing these earthquakes.

      How to think rationally or to put it in simpler terms..
      How to understand why far out claims are not true.

      And some of this is due to the fact that we don't understand science.

      First, the poster here is talking about an earthquake that happened one year ago...

      So what?

      Looking at the video, I would say that the flashes could have been plain lightning, heat lightning or the recently discovered electrical phenomena that occurs above Thunderstorms known as "Sprites" and "Jets".

      To date, there is no known relationship between earthquakes and thunderstorms period.

      Actually, there is more evidence that the phase of the moon (meaning it's postion in it's orbit around the Earth)
      has more to do with earthquakes at times close to First and Last Quarter Moon.

      Simple put...it's the gravitational "tug" the Moon exerts.

      The same kind of force that keeps Jupiter's moon IO volcanically active.

    • You cannot claim that HAARP was responsible for those earthquakes based solely on a strange aerial phenomenon. People have noticed this sort of thing before/during/after earthquakes for thousands of years.

    • It haven't looked into HAARP much. I know it exists, but to this extent? I don't know, but nothing surprises me anymore really. I find it interesting that the marines were set up for terror drills in Indianapolis and there just happens to be massive flooding.

      What scared most people during the earthquake of August 15, were the blinding illuminations in the sky

      The flashes were seen as high as 500 meters in the sky, The lights were purple-ish in color and made no sound,

      At the end of the video an Eyewitness explains that there is a power plant nearby. He said he saw flashes in the sky near the power plant, but many of the flashes were coming from the other direction, far away from the power plant.
