McCain's MIlitary Service Makes Him fit for "Commander-in-Chief"

According to the South Carolina Sen. Lindsey Graham McCain was "the best-qualified person to be commander-in-chief" since a previous military-political figure: Dwight Eisenhower.

However, in 2003 McCain said "Absolutely not," when asked whether "military service inherently makes somebody better equipped to be commander-in-chief."

Do you think McCain's experiences makes him the most suitable "Commander-in-Chief" or is his war experience part of a past generation and it should be considered a "moot point"
