    • I take at least a week off every 4 months and a month off every 2 years. I have to do this to keep my sanity. There's more to life than work.

    • I almost never take all my vacation days, but thankfully we can roll over 20 hours into the next year.
      I take 4 or 8 hours per week because if a take a block of time,...lets say a week....my manger above me will swoop in and change everything in my department and change the way my employees work,,,then I have to clean up his mess when I return.
      I have been with the same company for a long time and don't look for another job because I know I will have to start over and have no vacation time for @ least a year. I currently have 5 weeks!
