I posted on Youtube Vincent Bugliosi's appearance on Democracy Now democracynow.org/There he gave a broad list of reasons why our president George W. Bush should be prosecuted for murder. Due to time limits on Youtube, I was unable to post the entire broadcast but took from it what I thought was most interesting (hard to do since all of Vincent Bugliosi words are phenomenal).
Now Videocafeblog has posted the Vincent Bugliosi's opening statements during the House Judiciary Committee hearing on the onstitutional limits of executive power.

This man is serious and all should take a moment to hear his chilling words.

Good analysis! Democratic Underground, The Daily Kos and The Huffington Post are wonderful places to start if you seek some honest-to-goodness fact therapy. Many, cannot stand their "facts' wholesome! It is so much easier to stick an ear against a right-wing talk radio show, such as Limbaugh and get all their "facts" tied up neatly in a bigoted, prejudiced, biased, judgmental, discriminatory, slanted, unfair, unjust package to be delivered to the next ditto-head they happen to bump into. Then all of them can mimic the Fox Credo and shake their heads approvingly at what they believe is RIGHT and good.

Oh no . . . people with differing views have joined the fun. I have a suggestion for you . . . go join up at Democratic Underground, The Daily Kos and The Huffington Post. If you can't drink up all the leftist Kool-Aid you can stand in those three places, then come back and I'll listen to your gripes. Until then, why don't you quit your bellyaching and post something insightful, or at the very least something responsive.

Don't just take my word for it. Here's a pretty balanced analysis of the "imminent threat" argument.

The problem, Mr. Bugliosi, is that the White House DID NOT say that Iraq was an imminent threat. What they said all along was that the nexus of terrorists and N/B/C Weapons existed in Iraq and that this could not be tolerated. He was always clear that this was a preemptive action.
