Jesse Ventura: 'I'll legalize pot'

Former Minnesota governor and WWF wrestler Jesse "The Body" Ventura has moved to Baja California (ie, Mexico), where he claims to be living off the grid. On Jimmy Kimmel Live, Ventura declared: "I'm gonna lead the revolution and become the benevolent dictator of Baja. And when I become the benevolent dictator I'll legalize pot. We will make it the Amsterdam of the West." Viva Ventura!

    • I believe that hemp or slang term marijuana should be legal! I would vote for Jesse in a heartbeart for any position he chose to run for. He is a smart man and believes in the constitution of the united states,unlike the demopublicans and the republicrats! Go Jesse!!!

    • Ihateyou, did you realize that Mexico attempted to legalize
      Weed but the Bush administration went hay-wire and threatened to sanction the life out of them if they indeed legalized hemp? This happened last year.

    • hell yeah, Ill be moving down there with you jesse, this is the man who should be running the usa and not just because he says he will legalize pot. I believe he actually cares about american and the constitution. However i dont think the u.s. gov. will allow mexico to legalize marijuana. thats why it is not legal there right now.
