Ministers rally to support Brown

Image

Three cabinet ministers have given their full support to Gordon Brown, insisting that he is the best person for the job.

In a rare bit of good news for Brown, Alistair Darling, Harriet Harman, and John Denham have all backed him to stay on as PM.

    • Three? Three people moving to support him is a rally? My take is that yes, these are tough times for all countries and that Buzzword Brown has taken on a tough job, but I just don't believe in him.

He plays his cards too close to his chest and lacks any charisma or charm which means his party is falling over itself looking for some sort of leadership.

There is nothing about him that inspires me to be get behind labour and support them.

    • It's just a bit dull, isn't it? I don't care about their in-fighting (though I do enjoy that it's happening while they're on holiday, hehe...). Labour's buggered up lots of bits of Britain, Blair was a slimy, lying self-important snake, Gordon Brown (bless him) seems to mean well but doesn't know what he's doing and dithers over decision-making, and meanwhile they all snipe at each other behind the scenes.

Vote for Vince Cable! Vince Cable for PM!
