mom forgot her 3 year old son was in the car, he died from the heat.

seriously how can you just 'forget' your child is in th car?

    • I understand leaving the coffee pot on in the morning... missing a meeting... or even forgeting a birthday, but the thought of forgetting a child that is in the car when parenting is no new thing to you. This kid was 3 years old. She should have been used to dealing with him. 3 effing years!

    • thats so sad. to hear he fought for his life is so horrendous to think about.If he was on his way to daycare then he was awake...he mustv been talking or making some type of sound as they drove down the street. no?3yr olds are usually very chatty so its hard to believe she "forgot". punish her...hard.

    • I know and by 3 years of age, doesn't that mean the kid is facing front???

      my daughter is 11 months and I do NOT forget her ...

      there is no way.
      the way I see it is this: I carried her for 9 months, had 25 hours of labor.. .yep, she is mine and I want to see her live a wonderful life!

    • Sad, I never forget my kids because they go everywhere with me and if i have to go somewhere they cant I have a sitter watch them at home, responsibility seems dead these days, I have never, never left my kids in the car, that's just barbaric.

    • I hope that lady gets life in prison. You just dont forget, stories like this horrify me and suprise me, that people can be so cruel, and just so horrid. Im so sorry that adults like that have children.

    • Wow, just...wow. You don't forget something like that. There's no way in Hades that a woman can forget that her child is in the car with her. That would be like forgetting that your hair is on fire, or that you're being eaten by a bear. There's more to this story, I am sure.
