It was widely known that the Chinese national baseball team was thrown together consisting of failed athletes from other sports since three years ago, baseball just about did not exist in China.
Is Jim Lefebvre that magical of a coach to have pulled off this kind of upset???
Remember, for a long time baseball was banned in China by Mao for being too "western."
Could this be China's version of the 1980 Miracle on Ice?
