    • A simple, less expensive solution just by using the basic elements around us. Every effort counts towards solving our energy needs, particularly sutainable ones. Get the word out-fossil fuels are becoming extinct.

    • Good idea. I have recently heard of a substance you can paint onto your roof to turn it into a solar energy panel too... I am looking into it....
the important thing to think about now is what can YOU do right now and what plans can you make personally, in order to help change things for the better?
Its not radical or survivalist or wierd to grow your own food or to conserve water and energy, (just as it is no longer unfashionable to buy your clothes in charity shops, nowadays its cool because its "recycling")

My personal plans are these: I am doing everything I can to save water and energy and reduce waste of all kinds in my own home.
I am in the process of applying for a grant to help to put in a Ground Source heat pump so that I can produce my own sustainable energy, you can do it too! see http://www.energysavingtrust.org.uk
I have purchased a greenhouse and am currently researching ways to use my old bathwater to irrigate the greenhouse and some raised garden beds for producing my own organic food. with a relatively small investment I can not only save myself a LOT of money but I can also help to improve things in my own small way and more importantly set an example for others to copy
THIS is our future it is time to embrace it!
do some research! Find out what YOU can do!
