Young Australian's see travelling as a rite of passage (hence why you can always find an Australian in a youth hostel). Perhaps once they leave they don't want to return.

Well, maybe Dubai needs to find some jobs for the ladies, too.

This problem needs to be fixed, I mean 100k more women isnt a huge amount in my opinion. But im surious why so many Aussies are going to Dubai..
