It is obvious that she is beyond her depth as well as backtracking on earmarks, troopergate, etc.

Palin is frightening for the fact that she does seem "credible" to folks not fully informed on issues. To someone who is not informed she can come across as sincere, wanting to please, energetic and dynamic.

Remember how we could not believe George Bush and his low IQ could ever defeat Gore who is brilliant and experienced.

WE can not underestimate the appeal of her persona of, "I believe in what I say. I am a sincere family loving, god loving, just trying to do my best, to support our wonderful Mr. McCain."

Now, as a woman, I believe she discredits my gender and sets us back years. Her patronizing comments about Hillary Clinton blew me out of the room.

She sounded like a cowed not bright twelve year old. She will do whatever it takes. Lie, cheat, steal. Dont think for a minute that she wont. She is about winning. Not because she wants whats best for the country, but for Sarah.

I DID see the interview. She did NOT "pull it off beautifully" -- she looked coached and her answers are horrifying. Her superstitious ideology is scientifically ridiculous, her values are dogmatic and dichotomous and distorted and simplistic and she should NOT be given access to government, not even in Alaska. The only "life" she values is that of her kind of christian. I'm tired of having authoritarian, born-again christians in power. I'd like to see a skeptical, intellectually subtle, secular humanist in charge for a change who REALLY cares about humanity and the world.

DON'T VOTE REPUBLICAN ....... PLEASE ...... SAVE AMERICA ........ BEFORE ITS TOO LATE .........
