A drunk driver hit a pram and a tot of 15 months was crushed to death. The incident occurred at 3:20 pm at Chingford, London at a school when the parents were there outside the school to pick the children up. A Toyota 4×4 came down the road side and moved towards the fence when it hit the baby’s pram. The parents screamed towards the driver to reverse the vehicle.
