New technology could help parents better protect their children against sex predators.
People in Gwinnett County can now pinpoint where a registered sex offender lives within a two mile radius.
“This allows you to just to plug in your address. The system does it for you,” said Stacey Bourbonnais with the Gwinnett County Sherriff’s Office.
The new system, up since Tuesday, will scan an address and list sex offenders within a 2 mile radius.
