Every answer you give helps plant a tree: 1 answer =1 leaf, 15 leaves = 1 branch, 20 branches =1 tree
I thought this website was awesum & wanted to share it with my fellow Current watchers.
How many trees can we plant together?!
How does this game work?
Answer4Earth has a vast collection of questions at varying degrees of difficulty. There are easier questions well-suited for children in grade-school learning elementary subjects and harder questions that will challenge even the smartest people in the world.
Answer4Earth automatically adjusts to your level of difficulty. When you begin, you are assigned an initial starting level based on a few classification questions. You then determine a more exact level for yourself as you play. Answer two questions in a row correctly and you go to a harder level. When you miss a question, you drop to an easier level. This challenging two-to-one ratio works best for keeping you at the outer boundary of your realm of knowledge, where the game becomes most meaningful and the most learning takes place. There are 20 levels in all, but it is rare for people to reach the higher ones.
Additionally, for each question you get right you earn a leaf. Collect enough leaves and they will turn into branches, which eventually turn into a full tree. This is not a fake "virtual" tree. This is a real live tree that will be planted on the face of the Earth, due solely to the fact that you played this game.
Start playing, save the environment!

I like the concept but who does the actual planting of the trees and where does the money come from to buy the trees?
I like the grass-root local community involvement sponsored activities where you actually get out of your house and go to the event and really make a hands-on contribution.

still not as noble as getting some friends together and planting some trees, but if your going to be sitting on ass staring at a screen, it's a good effort.

Wish there was one that would ask me trivia questions and save an animal for every correct response.
