Mitch Mitchell was best known for being the drummer in The Jimi Hendrix Experience. Born in England, Mitch Mitchell was also responsible for pioneering a drumming style known as "fusion." The last surviving member of the Jimi Hendrix Experience, Mitch passed away due to natural causes at the age of 61 in Oregon.
