At least two Bolivians have died and nine others were seriously injured in an act of vigilante justice against alleged thieves.

    • That is disturbing. I'm half Bolivian and spent a chunk of my childhood there, and it has never failed to amaze me how much the rest of the world ignores us and other Latin American countries.
