Who's winning the recount?

With Alaska's santoral election drawing to a close there is only one outstanding race lift to be won in America. In Minnesota the margin between Republican Sen. Norm Coleman and Democrat Al Franken begins at 215 votes in Coleman's favor. However according to law in that state if there is a half of a percent or less between the two candidates a recount is called for with the possibility for a run off on December 4th.
