Even wildlife creatures have the same capacity for
bonding, making associations with cross species others, and forming relationships. The chimp who saw some zoo caretakers milk feed a tiger cub then volunteered to do that. The lion who a couple rescued from a cage as a cub, cared for him, brought him up then released him back a la Born Free..Then went back to visit him and his family. This was a carnivorous species Nature designed to be a predator, yet they petted him like a kitten. It's the conditioning we fall prey too, especialy the warmongers who react with violence out of fear, who can't recognize that other creatures have a soul too.
If only humans had the capacity to love this world would indeed be a lonely place. - 3 years ago
