What Constitution?

That is not my law, it is the United States of America's Constitution. A very sacred document.

Firstly, Obama has proved time and again that he was born an American citizen.
Secondly, your laws are outdated and irrelevant. You realize that the context in which that law was created (the one that states to be POTUS you must be born in the US) was right after independence from Britain, and Americans were worried about a British citizen taking power and delivering the US back into British hands. I hardly think that is a risk any longer. Your law is irrelevant now that the USA is the number one world power. Plenty of high ranking members of government that might have made excellent presidents were not born in the USA and thus could not even try for the job.

Livejelly had an interesting question about G.Washington. She didn't think he was was born in the USA.
Facts:
George Washington was born in Westmoreland County, Virginia, on February 22, 1732 to Augustine Washington and his second wife, Mary Ball Washington. Washington grew up on his father's estate near Pope's Creek along the Potomac River.

What if the GOP or McCain did this?

Be honest... how would you feel? Would your political radar go off? Mine would.,. America is what matters. When will people understand? Besides the people who want 3rd party candidates?

If this were a GOP candidate, how would you feel?

Please, think GOP, and because "sides" don't matter, America matters, if you think about it. Step out of your bubble please. Be honest.

and We the People (portion of us citizens in the USA at LJ)believe he is a natural born citizen & that he was born in Hawaii. George Washingtion was born elsewhere.

i think people are asking about the birth cert because he was not showing it. If people are wondering this much, we think tanked a theory from looking at all facts. this is not a rumor or something we know for fact, this is a guess which should not effect anything because he is a good ethical person.
many might think of it as a negative mark, but he probably didn't have anything to do with it, since what can a baby do? he does not have to show his birth certificate, he is a citizen: we formerly an online open intelligence agency currently going under Witterligencey thinks that it is because......(of what is represented by these dots & it is not our place to say)
por que? porque & which does not effect anything about who he is & position. it does not even need to be addressed. but anyone perceptive can see what it is as we did in reading several articles of how he was raised & even it is in his bio indirectly & history & pictures & with gut feeling we were able to come up with the theory. so stop trying to bully him for the nation needs an honorable intelligent man as a leader!
Hawaii was admitted into the union August 21, 1959 as the 50th state.(he was born Aug 4th, 1961--r u guys thinking he might have been born Aug 4th, 1959? that would be a technicality--thought of it now-yet that is not our theory) if so we can vote again, & will vote for him again.

• A certified copy of your original, signed “vault” birth certificate.
• Certified copies of your reissued and sealed birth certificates in the names Barack Hussein Obama, Barry Soetoro, Barry Obama, Barack Dunham and Barry Dunham.
• A certified copy of your Certification of Citizenship.
• A certified copy of your Oath of Allegiance taken upon age of maturity.
• Certified copies of your admission forms for Occidental College, Columbia University and Harvard Law School.
• Certified copies of any legal documents changing your name.

Each member of the Electoral College, who is committed to casting a vote on December 15, 2008, has a constitutional duty to make certain you are
a natural-born citizen. As of today, there is no evidence in the public record (nor have you provided any) that defeats the claim that you are barred by law from assuming the Office of President because you fail the Constitution’s eligibility requirements.

All state Electors are now on Notice that unless you provide documentary evidence before December 15, that conclusively establishes your eligibility,
they cannot cast a vote for you without committing treason to the Constitution.

but I read the linked article for this Current reference. It is sad The Constitution of these States United is ignored more prevalently these days than in any era pervious - no one studies it anymore, they are numbed by the world around them too much to take stock in the world protecting their numbness. It's a sad state of affairs we are in, and will not get better without our assistance to make positive changes in the ways we live out our lives. There is nothing we can do to out right prevent the atrocities being committed by our Republics' appointed representatives aside from publicly calling them out (hopefully they will notice or care that we notice & care) and not voting them back to that seat, one at a time. We must study and defend this sacred document; there I said it SACRED!! The thoughts expressed on that document merit the responsibility endowed to each human to have rights protecting them under their rulers and these rights are not limited to the peoples in the US alone, they can be applied to any person at any time - that is how beautiful the Constitution is, applicable to any human at any time in any place, for ever & ever. But if we let it die, then it will be lost to history and we will never know how to make our government fear the people it rules; on the contrary, we will live in more fear of our gov't than we do at present, and THAT is not the world I want to raise a family in!
