I agree with tweets972. Although I feel the photo is innocent in nature, in today's political climate this is unacceptable and foolish behavior. This picture will be everywhere within the next 72 hours and it shows a main member of Obama's team degrading our soon-to-be Secretary of State while other members look on adoringly. Drunk or not it shows a behavioral callousness and stupidity that we've seen all too much of these last 8 years. Fire him now. I wish politicians would quit using speechwriters anyway.
