Bush reported to be drinking heavily

After having tried to explain away the collapse of several Wall Street brokerage houses by saying, “Wall Street got drunk,” it appears that it is Bush who is suffering from bouts of drunkenness.
According to informed sources who spoke to WMR, Bush was visibly drunk at the recent G-20 economic summit in Washington and at the Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) summit in Lima, Peru. Russian President Dmitry Medvedev, Japanese Prime Minister Taro Aso, Chinese President Hu Jintao, South Korean President Lee Myung-bak, Indonesian President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono, Mexican President Felipe Calderon, Australian Prime Minister Kevin Rudd, and Canadian Prime Minister Stephen Harper were among the world leaders who had the chance to witness an inebriated Bush both at the G-20 and APEC summits.

I am quite sure that GWB has been, and still is drinking, and that this will come to light after he slinks into the sunset, maybe 10 or 15 years down the road. There is a particular look that chronic drinkers get, something about the way they jut their jaw, that is unmistakable. Once you've seen it, you never forget it especially if you have lived with someone who abuses alcohol. You know that look, and know it well. Can't fool "ALL the people ALL the time" !

I've already seen something to this point made, but I'll make it anyways. Can anyone name any job, either a bottom of the ladder job or a high paying management job, in which getting drunk while on the clock is an acceptable thing?

One of the most amazing aspects of all of this is the people who are in complete denial and still think this rotten sob is anything but a drunken sot who did anything he could for his own personal gain. Incredible, I swear some people either live in a cave or are just completly stupid or can't bring themselves to admit they trusted the wrong drunk and couldn't see this guy coming a mile away and took no time to study this guys record and the record of his family which is no more than a bunch of thieves who have been stealing America blind for generations. They belong in prison with him.

Everyone who is proud to call themselves an American should be proud of evry human being who has suffered disabilities or death from mistakes like Bush has made. They serve their country the best way they know how and are honorable Americans even though the war they fight in may not be fought for the right reason or for lies like Bush used to send them there. He is despicable, a shame and disgrace to the people of the United States Instead of paying him for the next ten years or providing body guards for him, they should use the money to benefit the men and women coming home in caskets, wheelchairs and sometimes not even enough of their body to bring home and their families who are trying to help them pick up the pieces of their war-ravaged lives.

Who cares if his concious is bothering him for all the innocent lives he cost. But alcoholism is a deadly disease and should not be ridiculed. It is a horrible to die from cirrohious of the liver caused by drinking. My aunt had it and it literally took her three agonizing days to throw up all the blood from her body before she died.

It makes me sick to know that this drunk retard is locking up hard working americans for smoking weed, while he boozes it up and screws up our country. He needs to step down now before his drunk ass screws anything else up.
Or better yet send him to prison for WMD's, New Orleans, Afghanistan, Bin Laden, .etc, .etc, .etc

...It is widely known around Texas..especially Austin that George Bush has had many dependency problems...that is acceptable....the other thing widely known is that he is a liar....the problem that has been the downfall of America is the lying....Clinton lied....once someone tells you a lie..then when can you ever expect the truth...I do not know the last honest president..I believe it was Carter...that is only my opinion....as long as George Bush continues to be the kind of person that would rather climb the tallest tree around and tell you a lie instead of standing on the ground and telling the truth....he probably deserves to be bashed...and the ones responding on this post are not going low...they are only concerned with trying to see that this kind of thing happens less frequently...not the drinking...the putting yourself and your welfare before everyone else on this planet....and refusing to accept responsibility for your actions...Golden Ruler...Will...

Well one thing for sure, he does not have to worry about destroying grey matter because he has none and I think was born without any to begin with. He's a bum alwys has been and always will be. Put the BOOB in prison with the rest of the addicts and low lifes! Most prisoners are more respectable than him come to think about it. He needs a prison for very low low lifes. I guess a special prison for him and his crew would be the only answer. Why infect a pefectly respectful prison population with the likes of him and his crew.

Mr. Bush is preparing himself for the rigours of his former ways. One reason he may be drinking heavily is that he has a lot of catching up to do with his old drinking buddies.
He has had some hard times over the last eight years after all he has been busy f*****g up the economy, the world feeling toward the USA, causing the deaths of over 4000 heroes who were murdered in his name, the deaths of unknown hundreds of thousands Iraqi civilians to name just a few of his acheivements.
With any luck he will have terryifing nightmares after his drinking bouts that will come back and haunt him until the day he dies.

@ ashleyoh
The mark of a good leader, in my opinion, is flexibility. George Bush has failed to show any in his last 8 years as president. He's stuck to failed policies for his entire two terms and it has hurt this country more than ever.
In the Charlie Gibson interview he said:
****************************************************************
GIBSON: If the intelligence had been right, would there have been an Iraq war?BUSH: Yes, because Saddam Hussein was unwilling to let the inspectors go in to determine whether or not the U.N. resolutions were being upheld. In other words, if he had had weapons of mass destruction, would there have been a war? Absolutely.
GIBSON: No, if you had known he didn't.
BUSH: Oh, I see what you're saying. You know, that's an interesting question. That is a do-over that I can't do. It's hard for me to speculate.
***************************************************************
Apparently even knowning that there were no weapons Bush would have still found it hard to decide whether or not to invade? Alrighty then!"Sticking to your own beliefs" in the face of failure is not a virtue, it is stubborness, and we need less, not more, of that in our president. This man's decisions and actions are indefensible, in my opinion.

i think bush is getting a lot of crap he doesn't deserve. i also have a question for those of you who feel like prez bush is responsible for the deaths of all our american soldiers who did, in fact, know that there was the possibility that they would die when they joined the military, the economic crisis and a whole bunch of other crap...what would you do? honestly, instead of complaining in your comments, you could at least say "well I would have done this instead...". Dear Ashley,
I'm assuming that this comment was a direct response to mine so I will directly respond to you.
Yes, Soldiers understand they may die while performing their duties. But what we do not understand is why we were used as tools of destruction in a war that never should have taken place. When I signed my contract at 18, that was not part of the agreement.
What would I have done?
1. NOT send the American soldiers into a war that did not need to be fought. We were lied to about why we were going to Iraq. There were no weapons of mass destruction and Saddam Huessien had NOTHING to do with 9-11.
2. Apologized when the public and the rest of the government figured out I was wrong. Only now- 7 years after the fact- is the man finally saying something about what could have or should have been done. Even so, he still is not taking responsibility for it. He blames other world leaders and faulty intelligence. Also, as someone else stated, a good leader is one who is flexible; one who has the ability to admit when he or she is wrong whether they want to or not. Admitting he is wrong would be redemptive for him. I just don't see him doing that. Until then, I'm considering every decision he has made regarding our Soldiers (dead, wounded and living) a slap in the face.
I served honorably in Iraq. I helped carry the wounded and dead from the battlefield. When I was there, still in my fog of denial, I would GLADLY have been one of the chosen who gave EVERYTHING for this country. I knew that was part of my duty and I understood that. Looking back I can see my loyalty and love for this country was abused. I was taken advantage of. Those who died were taken advantage of. The soldiers that died lost their lives under false pretenses and, frankly, that pisses me off to no end.
Now it is my civic duty to make sure the soldiers who gave everything are not forgotten and that the truth is exposed. Period. When I express my opinion I am not being "bad ass" as you stated. I am being a spokesperson for those who can no longer speak. Someone has to. Otherwise the same damn thing will happen again.

And yes, we definitely need more regulation. I have to agree with you on that.I also must apologize for how harsh i came out when i posted my comment, but in my mind everyone makes mistakes, and if Obama is as strongly for "change" as he says, i'm not quite sure why people are still bashing George Dubya. Nothing groundbreaking here. Pilots fly. Divers swim. World leaders drink. Remember Boris Yeltsin in the 90s? President Clinton was always good for helping him from hitting the ground.
But, the crux of this story (if it's legit) is that Bush is a known recovering alcoholic who owes his sobriety to Jesus or something to that end. Maybe he should have joined a 12-step program instead. - 3 years ago

Got the reply that you sent to Ashley. Thank you for all that you have done in service to this country and as one very sad American let me apologize for what he will not. I am sorry that we as a nation asked you to go there and sacrifice for no good reason. I am a civilian who works on an air base and it brakes my heart everytime I see them loading my kids up (and I do consider those young airmen my kids) on a plane to send them off to Iraq. I can only hope that Obama will bring us to some closure on this front. I don't think that this will ever turn out to be a "win", but I just hope it ends. I also hope that for your sake you can find something about the time that you had to spend there that gave you a feeling of accomplishment. I would think it would be awful to go through that and not feel that it had been for something. Thank you again for your sacrifice, for your service and for your love of this country. I join you in honoring those and not forgetting those who have been lost in this war, may they always be remembered.
