Man decides disabled dog rabid, shoots & decapitates it

Just want to set the record straight..... believe it or not. I have known this man for over 10 years, drinking together and not. Did any animal lovers who read this page ever ask themselves if he dislikes animals so much, how did it come about that an animal that isn't his was kept at his house at all? By chance maybe, just by chance this dogs owners' vehicle broke down had nobody else to call and called Stanley to help her out and he did, being that he is a mechanic, towed her truck and Humphrey back to his house and looked out for the dog while trying to fix her truck, this evil man with no heart, I'm sure he was going to charge her alot (BS). I'm so angry right now after reading all these posts that I don't even know what to say. All I can say is, in short I think a good hearted man drinking or not tried to help out a DESPERATE "woman" something happened with the dog and now she's looking for some cash. SHAME ON YOU!!!!

Like any body wants to hear any more of your lies! Folks Now let me tell you the Actual Facts ........Humphry was chained because he obviously had much to fear from these Drunken Druggie fools. The Jablonka Hill Billy Clan is abusive of Handicapped people let alone a Dog! Is this Public Forum aware that Stan the Fat Racist man was convicted in 1986 of Felony Cocaine Sales? Or that Michael Jablonka the Fool who actually hacked the Dogs Head off with an Axe is also a Felon, convicted of Felony Drunken Driving in 1992? Oh yeah they respect life Big Time!!! The Big bad Bit [gotta love those who have no time to attend school cause they are too busy out smoking Crack with their Moms] So for those of us with an education, The Big bad bite wasn't a "bite" at all. I was there, I am a Nurse, I've seen worse paper cuts! Stan the fat fool Man insisted when he was drunk [Good God! When isn't he Drunk?] on approaching the Dog in his "I love Dogs, all Dogs Love me" drunken stupor and reached out in Humphrys blind spot and rumpled the Dogs ears. The Dog was surprised as he was trying to look at someting else and had no idea of what touched him. He turned swiftly with his mouth open and as Stanley now scared, jerked his hand away one canine tooth grazed his wrist and put a small slice in it that didn't even bleed for a full five minutes without pressure applied. I cleaned and dressed the "wound" I've cared for worse paper cuts! So Folks Here are the real Facts, ....... A bite is a puncture wound, .... there was NO puncture wound. Stanley was advised by myself a Qualified Nurse to go to a facility for a Tetanus shot, he said, "it aint nothing and I should have left the dog alone" at the time. Here's a few more Real Facts ...... If the Big bad boo boo "Bite" was so bad why did he refuse care and cleaning of it daily by myself, and why did he never seek help for it at an ER, Urgent Care or Doctors office? This lying individual who calls themself "the Facts" has nothing to back up what they say and is all over the Net and the News, lying and trying to build an alibi for Stan the Fat racist Man because now that he has sobered up and remembered that he is a convicted Felon and used a weapon to kill something, he is scared. I'm sure his lawyer has also educated him in the Facts that I have a civil Lawsuit against him and will likely own his house one day so he is afraid, ....and well he should be afraid, .... very afraid

the people reading this is only hearing one side. No where in this blog do you hear how this "disabled dog" bit jablonka (it was no little bit) or does it teel that stan brother was be attacked by this dog. if this dog was so friendly why did he have to be chained up? Stan Jablonka loves animals he would never hurt one unless he had to. Even after the dog bit him, Stan did not do anything to that dog. I love animals to. would never ever hurt a living thing. However if any animal was attacking someone you loved, (mother, father, sister, brother, child, bestfriend) wouldnt you do what you had to do to protect them.

Ya it sucks that this happened and I feel for everyone involved, but I just can't shake the feeling that this is not news in any real way. Also, the fact that all the perpetrator's personal info (full name, age, and general address) is in the first line of the story gives this whole thing a very revengey feel...

I know this sounds wrong, but its his dog so.... why does this really matter? The authorities probably would have put it down anyway. I'm sorry but it was his dog and decapitating it was going really far but again was his dog. *Sorry if I offend anyone*

well, i believe the only way to determine if an animal is rabid is to decapitate it and test its brain...
i guess he was on the right track, but choosing to take matters into his own hands instead of at least inquiring was where he went wrong.

and yea, he is probably someone i wouldn't want living on my street.

Animals are treated as items, we eat them, we kill them, we use them as materials......the importance of animals should be well aware of and should respected fully to their life as if their lifes were ours...

and of course it's just a misdemeanor. animals have no rights of their own. it's like the equivalent of smashing a lawn gnome, mere property destruction. if decapitating an animal was considered murder, the vast majority of the population would be accessories.

of course, we are all appalled because it was a dog. if it was a human being, we wouldn't even flinch.

what's sick about this is the decapitation. it's awful enough to shoot a dog but then to take the time to decapitate it? that's just sick.

The guy should do some hard time in prison. He also needs a great deal of counseling. He is a sociopath in the making.
