That rag on my head hides an enormous brain woking full-time to to help enlighten the poor, victimized, pathetic morons that live in the best nation ever created and do nothing but underachieve and bitch about the troubles. Give me a break.
If the HAVES would just quit sucking so hard on the tits of our capitalist economy we might not need bailouts for the psuedo-capitalist, big business bureaucrats that think like government workers. Pay your fair share or shut the hell up.

You, whoever you are, gimme a break!! "THIS RAG" ,your 1st 2 words, are suppose to make the reader either oooh and aaahhhh about it, (don't hold thy breath) or present a personae of a devout person with a rag on his head, neither works. You still couldn't answer 2 really easy questions, Read the Constitution lately? was one. The other, Mr.Phoney picture and theology was my request for one piece of logic from my comments that would give leave to you making me a "have"???? Why, with your" rag covered, enormous brain that's working full time" (YOUR REFERENCE, NOT MINE) can your brain not answer those 2 very simple questions? That's a rhetorical question, actually, as I know the answers. You likely live in the south Bronx,an easily sunburnt Irishman, about 17yo with pimples.
For the record, I allow nobody to one, tell me what to do, and 2, quite worse, accusing me, without knowledge on the written page no less, that I do not "pull my share". So congrats! You've made such an immense impression on me, that in the form of an ache in the hinder-quarters, that you will now be joining the few, the honored, the proud, wastes of spaces and my time that are now BLOCKED! Sorry. I thought your class warfare comments meant that the HAVES are those not paying their fair share. If you don't pay your fair share you then HAVE a subsidy from the rest of us. The poor and middle class in this country are the HAVES. Enjoy your membership.

Wow, that's gotta be the most twisted logic that I've ever come across: rebranding 'have'!!
Wow, you take the prize for Most Convoluted Thought Processes. I bet your reply will be something along the lines of "It is a test of your faith"

@jahbini- sorry, I think maybe you might have missed this one. NO we should not forgive and forget. Talk of polarization? How would you think we average, pay check to paycheck people would like the rich, no, really rich pompous, dismissive and indifferent to get off scott free, as they say? The "haves and the have nots" is where this country is going. Had Barack not been elected, this class warfare would be a reality. We are beyond tired of the wealthy "owning" a separate standard of conduct AND criminal justice system.
@holyshiite. Have you read the Constitution lately? No President may exercise sole discretion or power when it comes to wars. He alone, w/Cheney, writing dialogue behind him, made up this Iraq war, period and sent our troops into Iraq, try that war. THEN the two pigs not only agreed to torture, but Cheney even was giving tips!! "here ya' go,try this n 'em". These are war crimes and against the 4th Geneva Convention. Being pres. and V.Pres. do not excuse them from accountability.
Maduff sp gets out on bail and the dynamic duo get to ride of into the sunset. These are the very reasons our country still is so messed up, why people keep complaining about it but not willing to do sh@t. The upper class in this country know they will get away with crime. Why?. Because that is what always happens. - 3 years ago

Yes, personally I would like to see that the whole bunch of political-sociopaths get a painful and humiliating punishment that lasts a hundred years.
However, I don't expect that to happen. They will likely never get even the disrespect they deserve.

Before we prosecute anyone, don't we need a crime? War is not a crime. Ordering a war is not a war crime. Allowing Islam to spread freely is a crime against humanity.

Right now Obama is in the difficult position of being able to do nothing about Bush/Cheney. On his web site there is a poll about what Obama should work on first. Convicting B/C is at the top of the poll. I don't believe Obama will ignore the poll after he becomes President. It is difficult for the intensive investigation to occur right at the time Obama is beginning his term. Obama isn't wanting to duck his responsibilities but getting Congress and many other legal people involved in a trial of a President is much more complicated than most people realize.

Personally, I'd love to turn GWB over to a bunch of Katrina survivors, but any kind of action against him or Cheney wold likely further polarize our nation.
In the best interests of healing, a quick trip to obscurity making this SOB into a non-person would be my prediction.

Any actions done by Obama against gwb must be done only after the 20th and his taking the oath of office. Then it will be not a question of whether he should or should not, but rather the disasterous state of affairs will force the new administrations hand and require investigations, charges, hearings, trials, and sentencing. The latter will be harder to implement since gwb and whole family will be relocating to Saudi Arabia! cheney is going to Dubai. The fact that this corrupt administration kept changing faces and then blaming the predessor as if they were too new in the job to fully have an involvement in the crimes and corruption done for the past 8 years under gwb. As for what gwb is leaving for Obama, dumbshit bush is hoping history will be kind, and what the hell, by the time he and co-conspirators are forced to confront the facts, just like madoff, they will all be dead or too old to care! That's why I say we need to waterboard all the gwb participants now and secure suffering for them all.
