This is hilarious but also very sad. People still take this junk seriously? The moment it became based on astrology it became completely superstitious. Astrology fails constantly in controlled studies. Even tho I'm one of those signs I'd prefer not to work for a nut job company.

As a Capricorn I guess I would qualify, but I might think they are crazy, but no more crazy than any number of other people, so I guess it makes for an interesting strategy one way or another.

If you have too many options, why not eliminate them according to astrology...although I would really like to see the statistics they were using. I've always considered astrology to be an absurd exercise in telling people what they want to hear, not actually linked to real personality traits.
