I’m writing this letter to express my disappointment in your company in firing Michael Phelps as a spokesperson for your products because he was photographed while enjoying some marijuana.
I respectfully would like to communicate my opinion on this matter because I think it’s of great public interest.
First of all, although it is true that Mr. Phelps broke the law, I think any reasonably intelligent person would admit that it’s one of the most ****ed up and corrupt laws that we have today in this country. Marijuana is relatively harmless and certainly far less dangerous than a host of other things that are not only legal but also readily available, like alcohol and prescription drugs. The only reason it remains illegal to this day is because it’s a plant and you can’t patent it and control it’s sale, and because if it were legal it would greatly affect the demand for a host of prescription drugs that rake in billions of dollars each year for pharmaceutical companies.

Right on Joe. You are absolutely right, America won't legalize marijuana because it would greatly affect the amount of revenue the perscription companies rake in each year.

This was one of the best things I've ever read. I agree with everything you put into it. It is bullshit that this is all going on, and I hope the person who did this is hiding in a hole and never does anything wrong cause that mother fucker is likely to be the biggest hypocrite that ever walked this earth. If I were able to chill with Michael Phelps hell yeah I'd be takin a picture with him, not of him. What a dip shit.

This man knows Fear Factor from Smear Factor. I like the idea that he chimed in. And he nailed it all right. It's been used by humans as a medicinal herb for so many thousands of years that it's evolved receptors in the human body which respond to it lowering the threshold of pain naturaly and profoundly. Something so made for humans as Cannabis isn't going to go away because of Mussolini's version of the Fascist Corporate State here in America or anywhere else enacting something so foul as Prohibition. Those shit laws breed contempt for honest, lawful authority. And have an undermining effect of corrupting the fabric of society itself. The economic impact of Prohibition is
devastating. It diverts a huge portion of the money supply, puts in the wrong hands which don't cycle it back into anything essential to support human life.
Buying weapons and paying bribes don't support the PTA. Good going Joe. I'll 2nd that emotion. By the way
nice touch you smiling broadly as your outstreached
arm blots out all the bikini babes faces. You're definitely keeping up the male immage for humor's sake. Oink Oink Oink. "It's the Man Shooooow" I bet

To the ladies and gentlemen who defy corruption,
Why, may I ask, does the humbly walmart employee receive drug tests when the DEA EMPLOYEES do NOT?
For this matter, why is the president unaccountable but our the lower earning members of society are?
Totalitarianism
Our rights have been bastardized and crushed. Fight so that your children don't spend time in a cell for this shit,

Rogan's on top of his game. He holds down a job, has a celebrity image(doesn't really matter), and does a number of drugs. His views on marijuana, and a host of hallucinogens are interesting. I didn't really care for the guy until I heard his DMT interview and his thoughts of the planet.

Now HERE'S the hero you were looking for, Jack!
Phelps couldn't do it himself, but Rogan is impartial to the situation, so good for him! - 3 years ago

If Michael Phelps is depending on pot heads to save him, good luck, I'd much rather enjoy my Raisin Bran than boycott. I am a pot head after all. I bet Phelps is enjoying some Kelloggs cereal as we speak.

Well done Joe! I think it's about time that we the people take this matter into our own hands. It's time that we take a stand. Someone needs to begin to call the people of this country to action, someone who we respect and can relate to. I applaud Joe for setting this example, and I'd be thrilled if he backed it up by further inspiring and inciting the American people into action. It's time for some civil disobedience. It's time to protest.

I would hate to do this as it would probably cause a great loss of jobs- but why haven't I seen anyone ask Kellogg's to drug test their own employees for pot. That might give them a realistic understanding before being hypocritical.

You're gettin what the Dell Dude got -- Mr Phelps shouldn't have really apologized the person who took the picture and published should be the one to apologize.
I'm going to be converting to those bottom shelf bagged cereals and maybe back to homemade muslex and granola
