The federal lawsuit filed in Washington on Tuesday — the 100th anniversary of Geronimo's death — also names the university and the federal government.

Early american settlers were brutal and seemed to have no respect for different cultures basically the US couldn't afford to payback all of the decendants of the people who's lives were destroyed by the man. So where do we go from here... I dunno but in the least, his remains should be returned to his tribe or family
