Police Report Marijuana Buy at Drive-Through

A cashier at a McDonald's drive-through window in Edgewater has been arrested and charged with drug violations after undercover Anne Arundel County police detectives purchased marijuana there, police said yesterday.
As part of an investigation, detectives pulled up to the drive-through window at the fast-food outlet in the 100 block of Mitchells Chance Road about 2 p.m. Friday. After paying for their food order, the detectives also purchased marijuana, police said.
The cashier was arrested without incident and charged with distribution of a controlled dangerous substance, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, and possession of the drug, police said. Police identified the cashier as Donald Jerrel Brice, 27, of the 1200 block of Marlboro Road in Lothian.
