God forbid that Obama think he is the one who can deliver peace to the Middle East. Each President, regardless of party, comes to believe at some point that he can broker a lasting peace. Why would President Obama want the United States of America to turn our backs on our ally and fellow democracy? Iraq is our friend and we have an obligation to help Iraq. The real Iraq war would begin if we, the USA, just packed up and left.
