Being that she is still young, I'm sure she'll transition into a normal human lifestyle. But if she hadn't been found until much later, would she, at 40 years old, be able to transition just as easily? And would there be any permanent characteristics from her life as a dog?

I'm sure her mother will be found to be a sad and depressed woman who could not care for the child. The mother will be given a gorgeous room in a well known hopital and she will be treated by the best psychologists and receive spectacular treatment and she will eventually write a book and receive millions which she will later use to support her future drug habit and her return to depression. Then she will beinterviewed and a meeting will be set up for her to be reunited with the child she shit on. This mother will then receive money for the movie rights and live happily until she returns to drugs and epression.

That is truly awful, whenever I hear these stories about feral children it just breaks my heart.
Although she is "healthy," I don't doubt she will have some pretty debilitating cognitive learning problems in her future.

That is horrible. She's not the first child raised by dogs either. There are about 100 known feral children in the world. Crazy.
