Shrinks aren't buying a 23-year-old Hasid's claim that he can't assist in his defense against charges of rape and child pornography because he's too devout to look at the photographic evidence.
David Silverman, of Rockland County, has been found mentally fit to proceed on charges that he and two buddies lured three Westchester County girls, ages 14 and 15, to a porn set near the Javits Center, where they allegedly got them drunk and photographed the resulting orgy.
