I content that the US poliy in the planet remains the same whether its a Democrat or a Republican. It is for the economic interest of the US. However (big However) some countries around the world are giving the US prudent time for this move, given the huge black hole that was created (economically) If the US continues to have their bases and troops around the world I predict a very dire future for the US, even with Obama as president. Now this could also signal the trend to close bases and presence of US troops around the planet.
